Before we perform a comprehensive in-depth review, we initially start our recovery projects with a quick assessment of the situation.
Here, for example, we scan the existing project documentation and hold discussions with some of the project participants and stakeholders.
Among other things, we quickly have to identify acute roadblocks or ineffective cost drivers that are responsible for the current dissatisfying state of the project.
If reasonable here we already recommend „first-aid“ actions to ensure that the patient metaphorically speaking will not die and to reach a more stable situation for further actions.
